People here are very nice. I had a flat tire this morning , the young man with the black hat helped me fill the tire immediately and guided me where I could get a tire replacement. Great staff!

Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient; service department was thorough and called out items to watch as possible future repairs and completed my requested items. Service was completed quickly and the documentation was great. I don’t feel they tried to sell me on unnecessary work which had happened elsewhere. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall great experience.

Plateau Motors quickly and professionally fixed the AC on my 2017 Chevy Malibu. They fixed my AC by finding and replacing the leaky AC condenser. The fix took 1 day but most of that time was waiting for part delivery. Now my wife and I are riding around cool in the summer heat.

They didn't have the oil I needed, but were good about going and getting it while I waited. Nice people. Just hard to give a great review when an oil change cost $170. Next time I'll just find a Porsche dealer instead and save a few bucks.

Plateau Motors is my go to place for car service/ maintenance. We loved Geoff and was surprised that it now has new management. However, I was happy and relieved to experience the same quality of service, expertise and friendliness. Their service is quick and cost transparent- love the new digital quote breakdown. I will continue to use and recommend Plateau Motors!
