INSPECTION SERVICE

Plateau Motors offers both safety and mechanical inspections for used car buyers. This service will help you to know what condition a used car is in before you make a purchase.

We are full service auto repair facility, so we will be able to recommend services that your car may need. Our Vehicle Safety Inspections include: Complete visual inspection and estimate (as necessary). We check brakes, shocks, struts, belts, hoses, tires, power accessories, engine, transmission, u-joints, axels, exhaust, heater, air conditioning, cooling system, leaks and lights.

Radiator Flush

Radiator coolant helps keeps your engine running cool during the hot months of summer and keeps your engine blovk from freezing and cracking during the winter. It is a good idea to have your coolant checked and replaced as needed. We recommend an evaulation and replacement every 60,000 miles depending on your vehicle usage or as Mfg. Service Interval Recommends.

Wheel Alignment

Maintaining perfect wheel alignment is crusial for your vehicles safety, stability, and tire wear reduction. We have a professional wheel alignment machine to assure perfet alighnment after service. Ask us about this service.

Your Shocks & Struts are important parts of your vehicles suspension system so you need to have them checked to assure your vehicles safety and stability. Driving with bad shocks & struts can make your ride uncomfortable, may cause unnecessary tire wear, and may increase braking distance.

A power steering fluid flush, will keep your power steering system running smoothly and extends the pump life. We recommend a fluid flush in accordance with your vehicle manufactures recommended change interval, or when necessary, when necessary.
